IS MORE HARMFUL BINGE OR GUILT?

The topic of this week was inspired by an article published by the monthly Flair in August entitled "Nothing ages more than health fanatism."

The writer speaks in turn to a book entitled "Live a little! - Breaking the rules does not damage health" in which, according to the author, talking about how it can be more damaging to follow a strict diet, spend hours in the gym or be convinced to adopt preventive behaviors against many diseases, rather than let oneself go and sometimes do what gives us pleasure without regard too physical appearance or what it can do harm to health as eating fatty foods.

If we are accustomed to giving up many pleasures to keep fit, but we realize that in the long run this approach frustrates us, there are some Flower Essences, that without contraindications for fitness (I say this for the health-fanatic!), can help to be less strict with ourselves.

The first remedy I think when it speack about asceticism is ROCK WATER, the Essence of Bach made from a water source located in pristine places.
Rock Water softens the austerity to themselves as water sculpts the rock;
it help to let oneself go, to be more spontaneous and enjoy more of life's pleasures even though they may be contra-indicated for health or beauty, removing that guilt typical of those who yield to the throat, but then repents and decides to go jogging.

Another essence already mentioned is CRAB APPLE that allowing us to overcome the shame we feel for certain physical defects.
Crab Apple cleans our body and our mind and leads to accept that man is imperfect and often are the ones we call "defects" to become the characteristics that make us unique and pleasing to the eyes of others.

Negative thoughts such as guilt, low self-esteem and frustration that leads many sacrifices, transmit signals little "healthy" to our cells which, as the author of the book above, activate the aging process so early.
Anyway is, I believe that feeling good about ourselves is the key that opens all doors of wellness and beauty.

So, do you think it hurts an ice cream more or one less?
